Spicy Prawns

1. Heat oil, scallion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

2. Drain the prawns and stir fry until red.

3. Add a tablespoon of cooking wine, a tablespoon of soy sauce, some sugar and salt, cover and cook for 3 minutes.

4. Before starting the pot, add the minced Yunnan chili and thirteen spice powder, condense the juice, put it out of the pot, and drizzle with the juice.
