Spicy Rabbit Meat

Ingredients: rabbit leg Seasoning: dried chili, light soy sauce, sugar, chicken powder, hemp pepper, coriander, green onion, white sesame, salt

Remove the bones and dice the rabbit legs, cut the dried chili into sections and remove the seeds, and finely chop the coriander.

Boil the rabbit meat in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then remove.

Heat a pot with oil, add chopped green onion, sesame pepper, and dried chili and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in rabbit meat, add light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, cook for 5-10 minutes, remove and drain the water (skim off the sesame pepper and dried pepper segments).

Coat the rabbit meat evenly with a layer of starch.

Fry into a 6-70% hot oil pan until golden brown, remove and drain the oil for later use.

Prepare another portion of fried sesame pepper and chili (skim the chili oil).

Put a little oil on the pan, sauté the chopped green onion, add the rabbit meat, add the light soy sauce, chicken powder, 1/2 tsp of sugar, and stir fry quickly.

Pour in sesame pepper and chili, stir fry, turn off the heat and sprinkle with sesame and coriander.
