Spicy Scallion Pancakes

Enlarge the flour in a bowl, cut it out from the middle, pour boiling water into the flour on one side, and form a dough. Use chopsticks to prevent it from being scalded.

Then pour the water into the flour on the other side to form a dough. Then mix and knead the two doughs to form a soft dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.

Filling: Mix all the fillings evenly.

Cut one-third of the dough, knead and round, and press flat.

Roll it out again into thin dough pieces.

Add the filling and spread evenly.

Roll up and pinch tight.

Rub it again and roll it up from one end

Roll out into dough again. Repeat steps 6-11 again.

Finally, it is rolled into a dough sheet.

Place the pancake in a pan for baking.
Tips:
Use some hot noodles to make the cakes soft and delicious.
