The taste of Pleurotus eryngii is fleshy and watery, and the shredded one is more delicious than the sliced one.

Spicy Shredded King Pleurotus

1. Cut pepper into sections, chop green onion, and mince garlic.

2. Pleurotus eryngii is divided into two pieces from the middle, torn into strips.

3. Heat oil on high heat, pour in other ingredients except green peppers and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma. (I accidentally poured the green pepper into it, so I should put it out of the pot at the end~~)

4. Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute.

5. Change to low fire and add light soy sauce.

6. Add appropriate amount of thirteen incense and salt, and stir-fry for 3 minutes on medium heat.

7. Turn off the heat and add oyster sauce.

8. Add cooked white sesame seeds and mix well, let's start~~

Tips:

Don’t eat spicy ones and put less dried chilies. If you don’t have thirteen flavors at home, you can add white pepper. Let’s make it~~
