Spicy Shrimp Tofu

After blanching the tofu, cut into small pieces, remove the head of the prawns, remove the shrimp thread, peel off the shell and wash and set aside.

Fill the wok with oil and heat, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the bean paste and fry the red oil.

Add the blanched tofu cubes and stir fry.

Add soy sauce, sugar and vinegar and stir well.
5.
Add the shrimp and stir fry until the color changes.
6.
Season with salt, thicken with wet starch and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. The bean paste should be fried in red oil before adding other ingredients.
2. The tofu should not be broken after being blanched.
3. The shrimp can be fried only after it changes color.
