Spicy Skewers

Wash all kinds of vegetables, soy products, and meat dishes and put them on a plate for later use.

Today, because of time constraints, I did not buy big bones or old hens, so I used thick soup instead of broth, but if you have the conditions, it is better to cook it yourself, shred the green onion, slice ginger, and put all kinds of seasonings on a plate for later use.

After the oil is hot, add green onion, ginger, chili and various seasonings.

After frying the aroma, add the spicy fragrant pot bottom material, continue to fry, fry out the red oil. Then add the broth prepared with the thick soup treasure, a small amount of light soy sauce and sugar, simmer for a quarter of an hour on high heat, filter out the spices and residues with a strainer, (forgot to take the picture), put the filtered soup into the container, and sprinkle White sesame seeds, let cool and set aside.

The prepared ingredients are boiled separately and worn with bamboo sticks (of course you don’t need to wear them).

Put the cooked and worn skewers into the soup and soak for a period of time. It is best to soak for some time to add more flavor.
