Spicy Soy Sprouts

1. Rinse the soybean sprouts with clean water, add a little salt and soak for five minutes

2. Pour water in a pot and boil the bean sprouts on high heat until the bean sprouts are cut and cooked.

3. Soak the boiled bean sprouts in a cold boil for three minutes to remove the dry water

4. Add minced garlic and chopped green onion
