Spicy Stir-fried Cabbage with Sweet Potato Vermicelli

Soak the sweet potato vermicelli with warm water in advance, dry the water, shred the cabbage, and open the stems and leaves.

Put lard in a cold pan.

When the oil is cold, add the cabbage stems, homemade dried chili powder, low heat, and dried red chili powder to produce red oil.
