My home now uses Lee Kum Kee Old Village oyster sauce. It is especially safe to use. Fresh oysters are cooked fresh. Compared with ordinary oyster sauce, the content of oyster sauce is richer. In normal cooking, the old village oyster sauce does not need additional salt and sugar. It is very suitable for cooking meat, because it has just the right saltiness and has a slightly sweet taste.
