Spicy Stir-fried Flower Clams

Prepare the ingredients, half a catty of clams. After buying them, they should be kept in salt water for 2-3 hours to remove the mud and sand. Wash them by hand for 5 minutes before frying, and drain the water.

Ginger, onion, garlic (shredded), steamed fish and soy sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, green pepper (cut diagonally).

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shallots, ginger, garlic slices and stir fry until the eight layers of oil are hot.

Stir-fry the shallots, ginger, and garlic slices until the aroma is released.

After sautéing, pour in the cut green pepper shreds and stir-fry quickly for 1 minute.

Then pour in the dried clams and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add steamed fish soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, and dark soy sauce, and stir-fry until all the clam shells are opened.

Start the pot and sprinkle a little sliced chives on it and eat it. Eat it while it's hot, it's a good meal!
