Tips:
1. The first treatment after buying the sixties is to spit sand. Put a few drops of oil in the sixties and soak them in clear water for a few hours; when frying, put the sixties in a fresh-keeping box red, add a little water, and shake after capping. This will allow the sixties to spit sand further; repeat several times;
2. Boil the sixties before frying, and boil the sixties in cold water. After the sixties open their mouths, turn off the heat; if the sixties are not open, they cannot be eaten;
3. Stir-fry the flower beetles over high heat. Stir fragrant onion, ginger and garlic, then add the flower beetle to stir fry, add salt and other seasonings, remember not to fry for too long, just let the seasoning be evenly coated on the flower beetle. Keep the sixtieth fresh and tender.
