This is a home-cooked dish, cooked with green chili and dried tofu. The spiciness comes from the green chili. The soft and waxy dried tofu shreds contain the fresh and spicy flavor of green hot peppers. It is a nutritious appetizer.

Spicy Stir-fried Tofu Shreds

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: dried tofu, green chili

2. Cut dried tofu into thick chopsticks, not too thin

3. Wash the hot peppers and cut into the same thick shreds

4. Hot oil, sautéed chives

5. Add dried tofu shreds and stir-fry evenly

6. Add the right amount of soy sauce

7. Add water

8. Cook for 2 minutes, until the tofu is soft and waxy

9. Season with salt, MSG, and add shredded green pepper

10. Stir-fry evenly, pour in water and starch to thicken the flour

11. Gorgon juice gelatinized, then turn off the heat

12. Put it out of the pot and serve on the table

Tips:

1. Don't have too much light soy sauce, just a little bit of color.
2. Be sure to burn the shredded tofu for a while to taste good.
