Spicy Swimming Crab

Thaw a box of chilled swimming crabs.

Dip the cut noodles with cornstarch.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to 50% heat, and add the swimming crabs. (Remember, the oil is not too hot, and crab meat is easy to fry).

Tips:
Try to use fresh swimming crabs. I bought this chilled one. The price is expensive and the taste is a little bit worse.
