Spicy Tempeh Steamed Ribs

Wash the ribs with blood and dry them, then add salt and put them in the refrigerator to freeze for 3 or 4 minutes. In this way, the salt will taste immediately and save time. Of course, don't freeze the ribs into ice cubes.

Add oil to the pot and heat it to red

After the oil is red, add the ribs and fry on medium heat.

When the ribs are fried until golden brown and run out of blood, they can be fished and put in a steaming bowl

Then pour 3 tablespoons of the oil from the fried pork ribs into the steaming bowl.
