Spicy Tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the tofu and blanch it for a while, let it cool and set aside. Let the tofu shape.

Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.

When the oil in the pot is hot, add the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Tips:
Blanch the tofu in hot water to shape the tofu.
