Spicy Tofu

The tofu is blanched with boiling water and cut into pieces.

Pour oil in a wok, fry some ginger onions

Pour in chili powder and ginger powder and stir-fry for red oil.

Pour in the tofu cubes, mix lightly, add warm water, salt and a little dark soy sauce, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer.

Prepare starch water.

Stew until the tofu is tasteful and bring to the pan, add coriander, sprinkle with pepper powder, chili powder and a little pepper. Boil a spoonful of hot oil if you like.
Tips:
Add chili powder as you like. Prickly ash powder is best with sesame pepper.
