Spicy Tofu Meatballs

Prepare ingredients: lactone tofu, minced chicken breast;

Mix crushed lactone tofu with chicken breast, then add appropriate amount of minced ginger, chopped green onion, starch, salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper;

Stir the ingredients in step 2 evenly, and then cover the mixed ingredients with plastic wrap, and keep them in the refrigerator until the tofu and chicken paste is relatively dry;

Knead the tofu chicken paste into even-sized balls; this step can be omitted, it is best to make fresh knead;

Place the frying basket in the air fryer and brush in a layer of vegetable oil;

Add the kneaded tofu and chicken meatballs, and brush a layer of vegetable oil on the surface;

Close the lid, turn on the power, set the time to 8 minutes;

Pour out the fried meatballs;

Add an appropriate amount of Pixian bean paste into the balls and mix well;

Dice the onion; cut the old ginger into slices of ginger and slice the garlic; stir well soy sauce, meat sauce, and oyster sauce;

Adjust the appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the air fryer;

Add sliced ginger, garlic cloves, and diced onion; close the lid and set the time for 2 minutes;

Put the balls in, close the lid, set the time for 3 minutes;
14.
Put in the juice prepared in step 8, close the lid, set the time for 1 minute;
15.
After the procedure is over, just pour out the balls.
