The first video recipe for Gourmet’s 10th Anniversary. Our family detours when we see the fatty pork, but the pork belly does this, and the family likes it very much. Share my approach to everyone. The pork belly is not greasy in this way and it is easier to eat.

Spicy Toothpick Pork Belly

1. Prepare pork belly and onions. I used half of each.

2. Thinly sliced pork belly makes it easier to taste and fry.
Shred the onion and mince the green onion and ginger.

3. Pour the onion, green onion and ginger into the sliced pork belly and start to marinate.

4. Marinade: 30 grams of light soy sauce ➕ 15 grams of cooking wine ➕ 20 grams of soy sauce, pour into the pork belly.

5. Add 3 grams of sugar.

6. Stir evenly with chopsticks, or grasp it with your hands.

7. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 25 minutes.

8. After marinating, pick out the pork belly and skew it with a toothpick

9. Skewered pork belly spare

10. Put oil in the pan and fry in the pan. When it is golden on both sides, pour in less water, cover the pan and let it sit for 5 minutes.

11. Just fry it like this

12. Cumin powder

13. Chili powder and salt. Add the amount according to personal taste.

14. Our family likes spicy food, so we put more chili powder.
The spicy toothpick pork belly is ready.
The operation is not complicated, the taste is not greasy at all, and the taste is particularly good.

Tips:

1. Don't cut the pork belly thick, it will take a long time to fry. \n2. When frying pork belly, medium heat, high heat is easy to paste the bottom. \n3. Put it in the refrigerator to marinate in summer, and the time should not be less than 25 minutes. \n4. The final amount of salt is added according to personal taste
