Spicy Wavy Potato Chips

Prepare ingredients and potatoes, peel and wash!

Cut the potatoes into thick pieces with a chopstick head with a kitchen knife, and then cut them into thin strips with the width of the chopstick head with a wave knife, as shown in the figure

Wash the cut potato chips with water to remove the starch!

Put water in the pot, add the potato strips, froth the potato strips with water, add a bit of salt, (so that it is more flavorful) cook until cooked on high heat, (turn over twice in the middle)

Put a proper amount of oil in a dry pan, add the potato chips, high medium heat, and gently stir fry from time to time. (When the potato chips are cooked, please donāt turn them.)
