Spicy Yuba

Prepare materials

Soak the yuba and fungus in warm water.

The yuba as shown in the picture, soak for two to three hours to soften and whiten.

Cut the yuba and fungus into sections, and cut the cucumber and carrot into diamonds.

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add yuba and carrots to blanch water for about half a minute.

Add the sesame pepper and dried chili in a hot pot and sauté until fragrant. The amount is according to personal preference.

Add yuba, carrots, and fungus, stir-fry for a few times, then add cucumber and stir-fry well. Add salt and chicken essence to get out of the pot.
