Spicy Yuba
1.
Cut the yuba into small pieces

Soak in water and set aside

Finely chop green pepper and garlic
4.
Soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, water, sugar and starch are mixed into a sauce for later use

Put the yuba in boiling water, blanch it and remove it

Drain the water and put it on the plate for later use

Pour a little salt in the pot, saute the green pepper and garlic

Add a spoonful of chili noodles and stir fry until fragrant

Then pour the sauce

Bring to a boil

Cook until the sauce is thick and turn off the heat

Pour into a yuba bowl

Just mix well
