Spinach

Put the white sesame seeds in a saucepan and fry them over medium-low heat.

Add half a tablespoon of salt to the fried white sesame seeds and mash them into sesame salt.

Take 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, half a spoon of sugar, add a few drops of sesame oil, mix well and set aside.

Pick the spinach and soak it in salt water for 20 minutes, rinse with water, and control the water for later use.

Boil a pot of water, add half a teaspoon of salt after the water is boiled, and blanch the washed spinach. It doesn’t take too long and 1 minute is enough.

Remove the hot spinach and put it in ice water for a while.
7.
Squeeze the iced spinach a little, and cut into sections.
8.
Add the chopped spinach to the sauce in step 3 and a suitable amount of sesame salt and mix well
9.
Serve and serve with some American almonds.
