Spinach
1.
Wash spinach and cut into sections;

Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the spinach until cooked;
3.
Boiled spinach in cold water;
4.
Dry the moisture;
5.
Pour a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat it up, add the pepper and fry it into pepper oil;
6.
Add pepper oil, minced garlic, light soy sauce, salt and sesame oil to spinach;
7.
Mix all the ingredients well;
8.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle a little chili oil on it.
Tips:
Spinach is not suitable for patients with nephritis and kidney stones. Spinach has a high oxalic acid content and should not be consumed too much at one time.
