Spinach

The spinach I bought today still has dirt.

Pick spinach clean and wash.

Tips:
Spinach cannot be eaten with high-calcium foods, especially foods such as tofu and milk, because the calcium in these foods and the oxalic acid in spinach can easily form stones and endanger human health.
