Spinach and Enoki Mushroom
1.
Determine the amount of spinach and enoki mushrooms based on the number of people eating. Wash the spinach and enoki mushrooms. If you like to eat spinach, put more spinach and less enoki mushrooms, and vice versa.
2.
Remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, add water to a pot and boil, add enoki mushrooms and blanch it for one minute, let cool for later use;
3.
Wash the spinach in advance. You don't need to change the water in the pot. Just add the spinach and boil it. It will break off in about a minute, and let it cool for later use. It's rotten after being hot for a long time, not crispy
4.
Wring the spinach and enoki mushrooms, cut into sections and put them in a cold vegetable bowl, pat the garlic and cut into minced pieces; add in peanuts, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili sauce, salt, and minced garlic in turn. Mix all the ingredients and serve.
5.
You can also create a shape to increase its appearance: put the mousse ring on the plate, and compact the cold dish into shape. If there is no mousse ring, you can also use a bowl to compact the upside down.
6.
My family likes to eat enoki mushrooms, so there are more enoki mushrooms in the picture
Tips:
Generally, adding a little sugar to cold dishes will improve the freshness and taste good, but those with diabetes can not put it; if you like spicy food, you can add chili sauce
