Spinach and Tofu Soup

Prepare the raw materials

The spinach is cleaned and broken into sections that are too long

Cut the tofu into pieces, soak them in hot water with an appropriate amount of salt for later use

Shallots cut into small pieces

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil

Add tofu and cook for about three minutes

While boiling the tofu, start another pot, add some water to boil, and add some salt

Add the spinach to blanch

After the spinach changes color, pick it up and put it in the tofu pot, add some salt, sesame oil, and a little light soy sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
1. Tofu has a beany smell. My method is to soak it in salted hot water for a while, which can not only remove the beany smell, but also make the tofu initially tasteful;
2. Add more water when blanching spinach.
