Spinach Box

Put the minced meat in a small bowl, add the cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper powder and 1 teaspoon of edible oil, mix well;

Soak the vermicelli in warm water until it is slightly soft;

Wash the spinach and put it in boiling water for a few seconds to change its color, remove it and put it in cold water;

Heat up the wok and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Pour into the beaten egg liquid with a little heat. Stir constantly. The egg liquid turns into finely broken egg pieces and put it out to let cool;

Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in the wok, immediately add the mixed meat filling and stir-fry, stir-fry until the color disperses, turn off the heat and let cool;

Scoop out the spinach and squeeze the water and cut it into minced pieces, remove the vermicelli and cut it into short vermicelli, chop the green onion, and mince the ginger;

Put the cold minced eggs, minced meat and spinach, vermicelli, chopped green onion, minced ginger, and dried dried shrimps into a small pot;

Mix all the ingredients well, then taste the taste (it doesn't matter if they are cooked), add salt and a little sesame oil according to your preference, mix well, the filling is ready;

Before making the filling, make the dough and cover it with a damp cloth or wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag for 20 minutes, then take it out and knead it into a long strip, then divide it into even pieces;

Take a dumpling and squash it with the palm of your hand and roll it out into a round skin that is the same as the dumpling skin, but it is bigger than the dumpling skin;

Take a piece of round leather and place it on the left palm, then put 2 tablespoons of fillings on half of the leather, leaving a centimeter of blank leather;

Fold the skin without filling to cover the filling, and knead it into a semicircular box. If it is too troublesome, the green spinach box will be ready;

If you like to be more beautiful, and it is not easy to crack around, you can lock the sides of the box with lace;

Starting from the kneaded side, use the thumb and index finger of the right hand to fold the side of the box that has been kneaded and knead it a little bit, then fold the kneading point and knead it, so that one lace presses one lace to the other corner. Just pinch the entire box on the lace;

Put some oil on the pan, turn the handle to make the whole pan covered with oil, and rush up the lace of the prepared spinach box and place it in the pan;

Bake both sides into golden brown over a medium and small fire. Because the fillings are basically cooked, you don’t need to bake it for a long time, as the outer crust is just cooked.
