Spinach Omelette

Chop the spinach that has been washed and dried, and beat in two eggs;

Add a little salt and five-spice powder and mix well;

Add flour
4.
Add a little water in portions, lift up the batter with chopsticks, and just drop it;

Pour a little cooking oil into the frying pan;
6.
Spoon a spoonful of spinach and egg batter, shake the pot until the batter covers the whole bottom of the pot;
7.
Fry on both sides until browned.
Tips:
The water should be added in portions as appropriate until the batter can flow.
