Spinach Wheat Rice

Wash the spinach, control the moisture, chop it and put it in a basin

Add edible alkali and salt and mix well. Add dry flour several times in a small amount and mix evenly, so that the spinach is evenly coated with a layer of dry powder.

After steaming on high heat until gassing, it can be steamed for ten minutes at a time.

Use chopsticks to break the steamed wheat rice while it is hot.

Put the steamed wheat and rice into a bowl, add five-spice powder, shallots, minced garlic and dry chili noodles, pour hot oil, stir well and serve.
