Spine Hot Noodle Soup

Main ingredients: dried noodles, washed cabbage leaves, cooked spine, shredded green onions.

Pour the cooked spine and bone soup into the pot.

Add the cabbage leaves and blanch them.

Blanch until the cabbage leaves are cooked through.

Remove and put in a bowl.

Put some dried noodles in the pot.

After boiling, add shredded green onions.

Continue to cook for 1 minute, add salt and MSG to taste, then turn off the heat.
