This dish is composed of a variety of seasonal vegetables, colorful, light and refreshing, and rich in nutrients. Eating during the Spring Festival is very festive and the meaning is very beautiful. With this beautiful dish, I wish young friends a good development in their studies and careers, and a bright future. I wish those friends who quit their jobs to be active, happy, and enjoy a healthy and happy old age.

[splendid Future] Stir-fried Colored Peppers

1. Pick the cauliflower, wash it, and blanch it in water.

2. Pick and wash the colored peppers and cut them into pieces.

3. Wash the white radish and cut into slices.

4. The fungus is soaked in water and blanched and torn into small flowers.

5. Pick up the frying pan, put the colored peppers in the pan and fill the pan with oil.

6. Start the frying pan again, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan and stir fry the white radish.

7. Stir-fry the fungus in the pot.

8. The cauliflower is fried in the pot.

9. Stir-fry colored peppers.

10. Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate. Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.

Tips:

This dish looks at the colorful colors of the ingredients, so don’t add heavy condiments.
