Dandelion has high nutritional value and medicinal value. I took my daughter to the botanical garden to play, and found that there were scattered yellow flowers in a large vacant lot. The nature of food was immediately exposed: hurry up and take it home~~"

Spring Comes with Wild Herbs-dandelion Steamed and Eaten

1. Remove old leaves and grass clippings from the dandelion and clean them. (The washing time is much longer than the pulling time. That is a tormentor~~) Let it dry.

2. Add two measuring cups of flour in portions, trying to make each leaf evenly covered with flour.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the steamer, spread the cage cloth, and spread the mixed dandelions evenly in the pot. The fluffy ones are the best.

4. After the water is boiled, steam on high heat for about 15 minutes. Dandelion is not resistant to fire, so it will be boiled when the water vapor disappears.

5. Chop bell peppers and garlic into cubes, and finely chop coriander.

6. Add salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil to make a sauce.

7. Pour the sauce on the dried vegetable rice.
