Spring Rolls

Prepare ingredients: pork front leg, horseshoe, onion, bean curd, egg, sweet potato powder.

Wash the horseshoe, onion, and pork forefoot.

Put all the ingredients together.

Add light soy sauce, salt, edible oil, five-spice powder, and chicken essence to taste, mix well and marinate for a while.

Add the eggs and stir well with chopsticks.

Add sweet potato powder slowly, stir evenly with chopsticks, don't grasp it with your hands (it will be hard and not tasty), some dry can add a little water or oil.

Spread out a sheet of bean curd, put in the meat filling and slowly roll it up and cut it off.

Roll it up slowly, then cut it off.

Cut off and wrap one.

Keep the water in the pot and steam in the steamer for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

1. Convenient to take ingredients and simple method
2. It’s better to use pork belly to fatten up, (I bought pork front thigh if I didn’t buy pork belly)
3. Add eggs for better adhesion of the ingredients
4. Do not use your hands to add sweet potato powder, use chopsticks to stir evenly
5. Horseshoe and onion will have moisture. If you want to eat more powder, you may need to add water and mix evenly
6. Add edible oil and mix well to make it smoother and more fragrant
