Spring Squid
1.
The squid to be thawed. Soak in salt water

Wash garlic, ginger, spring onions, mushrooms, and green chilies and prepare.

Slice garlic, shred ginger, shred green onions, shred mushrooms, and slice green peppers.
4.
Saute the scallions and ginger.
5.
Pour in shredded mushrooms, green pepper flakes, squid
6.
Stir fry for a while, add salt, sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, starch juice to collect the juice
7.
Squid still steaming.
Tips:
1. Make more juice and pour it on the rice, it tastes good.
2. Cook for a while, the juice will taste.
