Squid Fried Night Blossom

Ingredients: night blossoms, squid (washed and cut), ginger slices

Peel the night blossoms and wash them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Place the ginger slices in a pot of water and boil.

Afterwards, add the cut squid and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Blanch it and fish out.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut night blossoms and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until cooked.

Then, add the blanched squid and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
12.
Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
14.
Take out the pan and serve.
