Squid Fried Potatoes

Wash and shred the squid

Peel and wash potatoes
3.
Boil the water in a pot, add the ginger sliced cooking wine, and blanch the squid for later use

Raise the frying pan, add potatoes, add a little salt, and stir-fry the cooking wine until it's ripe.

In another oil pan, add shredded ginger and shallot until fragrant
6.
Add squid and stir fry
7.
Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and sugar in turn and stir well
8.
Add potatoes and stir fry until cooked and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
