The glutinous rice food has always been my favorite. When shopping with friends, a foodie friend recommended this snack to me. The Q bomb squid, paired with soft glutinous rice hair, immediately made me fall in love with it. I tried it at home and it was really awesome!

Ingredients

1. Squid peeled and cleaned, drained and set aside

Tips:

1. Put an appropriate amount of vinegar in cold water and soak the squid in it for ten minutes to easily remove the film on the surface of the squid.
2. The eleventh step, do not cook for a long time, so as not to harden the squid and affect the taste.
