Squid Sauerkraut Soup

Wash the squid, shred the sauerkraut, and shred the green onion and ginger.

The cuttlefish body and head are cut open.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, saute the onion and ginger, add the sauerkraut and fry until soft.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry for a while.

Add the right amount of water and salt to a boil.

Boil for three minutes and add the cut and washed squid.

Bring the squid to a high heat and turn off the color and make the soup rich, then turn off the heat and get out of the pot.

The finished picture can be seasoned by adding appropriate amount of sesame oil.
