Squid Stuffed with Glutinous Rice

Soak the glutinous rice for 12 hours in advance, and then steam it over high heat;

Tear off the surface layer of the squid, marinate with a small amount of salt and light soy sauce for 1 hour;

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance and cut into diced pieces, remove the shallots and cut into diced pieces;

Heat oil, add shiitake mushrooms and shallots, and stir fry until fragrant;

Pour in the steamed glutinous rice, add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir well;

Stuff the fried stuffing into the squid and seal it with a toothpick;

Preheat the oven, heat up and down 220 degrees, bake for 30 minutes;
