Squid with Korean Spicy Sauce

Prepare a basin of cold boiled water first, and put some ice cubes in it.
Remove the internal organs, eyes, teeth, skin of the squid and wash it. Cut into circles.

Boil the pot with boiling water, add ginger and cooking wine, and boil the squid under the water. The squid must be drained. Keep on high heat and cook for 50 seconds to 1 minute. Remove the squid and put it in the cold water prepared in advance.

Remove the dried squid, add onions, green and red peppers, pour in the sauce just prepared, mix well, and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds.
Tips:
If you can't stand the spicy ones, replace the green and red peppers with sweet peppers.
