Squid with Pickled Pepper

The squid must be washed and drained first, and cut into sections with a knife

Put the squid after changing the knife on a plate, and remove the water from the pot

Remove the squid that has been removed from the pot and drain it for later use

Heat the pot and pour in the right amount of oil

Put the dried red pepper, garlic, ginger slices, and peppercorns in, and sauté until fragrant

Add soaked red pepper and wild mountain pepper and stir fry for a while
7.
Pour in the drained squid and stir fry
8.
Add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, stir-fry for 5 minutes, and serve.
Tips:
Note that fresh squid must be dewatered first, and then fry
