6.
Some eggs are cooked;
7.
Peel off the eggshell, make a few strokes on the egg whites and set aside;
8.

9.
Dice the onion and stir-fry in the pot;
10.
Stir-fry the onion until brown;
11.
Add the fried diced meat, then add the diced mushrooms, and stir-fry for a while with the onions;
12.
Put the stir-fried diced pork, shiitake mushrooms, and onion diced into another pot (you don't need to change the pot, so the pot is changed for the convenience of stewing);
13.
Add the peeled eggs;
14.
Add the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms;
15.
Then add water until all the ingredients are covered, then add five-spice powder, cinnamon, fennel, pepper, soy sauce, salt, rock sugar, cooking wine, and ginger slices;
16.
Bring to a high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour;
17.
Scoop the stewed pork on the rice;
18.
Blanch a few green vegetables with water, add a marinated egg, and a hearty bowl of braised pork rice is completed.
