Put water in the pot first (the water should be under the egg) and then put other seasonings, cook for 1 to 2 hours (depending on the shade of color you like) and simmer for 2 o'clock or overnight. I don’t like the color that is too dark and just soak 2 hours, remove the stockings and wash the brine eggs.
