Star Dishes, Easy to Make Mushrooms and Snow Peas

Wash snow peas and fry into silk with scissors, wash the mushrooms and tear them into thin strips by hand.

Heat up another pot, put it in the oil and bring it to a boil, add the mushrooms and deep-fry them into golden yellow. Remove the oil and set aside (the mushrooms are best fried dry)

Pour all the seasonings into the bowl and mix well. (Mushroom oil is the oil for fried mushrooms, very fragrant. The seasoning oil is the oil of scallion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed, coriander, and simmering slowly).

Tips:
After adjusting the bowl of juice, increase or decrease according to your own taste.
Don't blanch snow peas for too long to affect the crispness.
Mushrooms are deep-fried, if you prefer to be drier, you can deep-fry for a while.
Seasoning oil method: add oil to the pot, put the onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed parsley head in cool oil and slowly simmer in the pot on low heat, wait until the onion and ginger are golden yellow and take out all the seasonings and let it cool. Serve.
