Steamed Abalone

1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance, drain the water and put it on the plate for later use.

2. Wash the abalone, take out the abalone meat with a knife, remove the internal organs, and put a knife on the surface.

3. Put the abalone meat in the shell again and place it on the vermicelli, take a small bowl of juice, pour in cooking wine, seafood soy sauce and oyster sauce.

4. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

5. Pour the adjusted juice on the abalone meat and vermicelli, steam for 6-8 minutes, take the hot oil in the pot and sauté the chopped garlic.

In a separate pot, sauté the minced garlic and small red peppers, stir-fry and serve with the oil. Place the minced garlic on the steamed abalone, sprinkle with chopped chives, and drizzle with garlic oil.
