Steamed Abalone with Garlic Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance to soften

Use a toothbrush to clean the dirt on both sides of the abalone

Use a knife or spoon handle to dig out the abalone meat, remove the internal organs, rinse it well, draw some flowers on the abalone meat, and scrub the abalone shell as well

Put the soft soaked vermicelli on the plate

Put the abalone meat into the abalone shell, put it on top and put it in the vermicelli bowl

Put garlic and ginger in a bowl, pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and make a sauce

Pour into abalone vermicelli bowl
8.
Put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat for about 10 minutes
