Steamed Abalone with Gold and Silver Garlic

Prepare the abalone.

Use a knife to shovel the shell along the tip of the abalone, remove the abalone meat, and remove the green heart.

Take a soft toothbrush and scrub the abalone meat.

The front of the abalone meat is evenly cut with a knife.

Put in a bowl, add shredded ginger, cooking wine and pepper. Grab it with your hands and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Tips:
1: If there is no electric steamer, you can choose ordinary steamer, steamer or oven.
2: Oyster sauce and soy sauce have a salty taste, so salt is not necessary.
3: Dirt is easy to hide in the pleats of abalone meat, so be sure to scrub it with a soft brush.
4: Don't eat spicy food, you don't need to put millet pepper.
