4.
Add light soy sauce, a little sugar, monosodium glutamate, and salt to the XO sauce and make a juice for later use.
5.
The fans soaked softly.
6.
Put it in the washed abalone shell.
7.
The marinated abalone meat is washed and placed on the vermicelli and drizzled with a little bit of juice.
8.
Cover the remaining juice with plastic wrap and bring the abalone to a boil and steam for about 10 minutes. Pour the remaining juice on the steamed abalone, sprinkle some chopped green onion and drizzle some hot oil on it.
Tips:
1. If you don't know how to deal with abalone, you can ask the seller to wait for it. When you go home, just brush it inside and out with a brush.
2. The marinated abalone can get rid of a bit of fishy smell by passing the water.
3. It only needs a little bit to spray the oil, and it can be lighter without spraying the oil!
