Abalone, also known as "mirror fish, nine-hole snail, eyefish, general cap", is a single shell shellfish, which is a marine mollusk. Abalone has high nutritional value and is rich in globulin; it contains more nutrients such as calcium, iron, iodine and vitamin A.
Abalone meat also contains a component called "abalone", which can destroy essential metabolites for cancer cells. . .
Today, I made a steamed abalone with XO sauce and garlic to share with you. It tastes delicious and has a chewy texture. Worth a try!

Steamed Abalone with Xo Sauce and Garlic

1. Abalone use a brush to clean the shell and skirt

2. Remove the internal organs and clean them

3. Make a cross cut across the surface

4. Take out the peppers, green onions, garlic cloves

5. Put the abalone on a plate, put a few green onion stalks on top, and steam for 12 minutes in a steamer

6. Steam the abalone and smash the garlic cloves at the same time, chop the green onion, chop the chili, and take out the XO sauce

7. Heat up a pan, add some oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant and brown

8. Pour soy sauce

9. Add XO sauce

10. Add chopped green onions, mix well, turn off the heat

11. Pick up onion stalks and discard

12. Pour the fried sauce on the abalone

Tips:

Soy sauce and XO sauce are both salty, so there is no need to add salt. Saute garlic and add XO sauce, mix well, and pour on top. Abalone with mellow sauce has a rich taste and is very special~
