Steamed Abalone with Xo Sauce and Garlic

Abalone use a brush to clean the shell and skirt

Tips:
Soy sauce and XO sauce are both salty, so there is no need to add salt. Saute garlic and add XO sauce, mix well, and pour on top. Abalone with mellow sauce has a rich taste and is very special~
