This is the second time I steamed abalone. Two years ago, I bought swimming abalone in the fish shop. The store will help to deal with it before taking it home. This time I bought frozen abalone and I need to deal with it myself, which is a bit troublesome. But these abalones are big and have good meat quality. There are only eight per kilogram, is it a four-headed abalone? "
